What to Expect
When we receive your completed form (on line or by fax) we check availability, and contact you with the price before securing your Charter Agreement. If charter transportation is not available for any of your date options we will notify you immediately.

Your Charter Agreement will be faxed confirming your service, cost and requirements. Review the agreement, sign, fax it to Julian Tours and follow the clear and easy requirements that are listed.

Before the date of your charter you will be provided with additional information about group travel and the service that you have scheduled before your travel dates. We are in touch with your carrier to review the charter, and are available should you require changes or support.
