We only select motorcoaches from your County Approved Carrier List! Ask for details.

For no hassle, group transportation establish your desired dates of travel (including second and third date options), make a list of your destinations and finally fill out our Charter Request Form. Our form asks all the right questions to evaluate your needs and match you up with the best commercial carriers for your event.

What to Expect
When we receive your completed form (on line or by fax) we check availability, and contact you with the price before securing your Charter Agreement. If charter transportation is not available for any of your date options we will notify you immediately.

Your Charter Agreement will be faxed confirming your service, cost and requirements. Review the agreement, sign, fax it to Julian Tours and follow the clear and easy requirements that are listed.

Before the date of your charter you will be provided with additional information about group travel and the service that you have scheduled. We are in touch with your carrier to review the charter, and are available should you require changes or support.
